Why built-in beats a separate teleprompter app

Separate teleprompter apps have one structural problem: they aren't the camera. You either film through their (usually worse) camera, or juggle two apps and record your screen. And none of them give you a portrait and a landscape file from the take.

In ContentCam the script scrolls over the live camera view, close to the lens, so your eyes stay near the glass. When you finish the take you have your lines delivered once, captured in both 9:16 and 16:9.

What you can adjust

Setting	What it does
Scroll speed	Match the scroll to your natural talking pace. Slow it down for dense scripts, speed it up for energy.
Text size	Bigger text is readable at arm's length; smaller fits more of the script on screen.
Text colour	8 colours, so the script stays readable over bright skies or dark rooms.
Reading line	Choose where the current line sits: position 1, 2 or 3 from the top. Higher keeps your eyes closer to the lens.
Mirror mode	Horizontal flip for teleprompter reflector rigs, where the phone's screen bounces off angled glass.

Does it scroll automatically while recording?

Yes. It starts scrolling when you record and runs hands-free at the speed you set.

Can I use it with the front camera?

Yes, and that's how most people use it: talking-head videos where you read while facing the lens.

Does the script appear in my video?

No. The teleprompter is an overlay on your screen only. The recorded files are clean.

Is it available on Android?

Not yet. The teleprompter is iPhone-only for now. Here's what Android has.
